Why love this tour?
-
Is there a minimum spend? The minimum spend on our tours start from $1,200. However, the more people you have on your tour, the less it will cost per person. Hurray!
-
What is the minimum and maximum amount of people per tour? Our tours cater 2 - 11 people. If your group is 12 people and above, we can accommodate a larger vehicle on request.
-
How far in advance should I book?To secure your tour, we advise you book no later than 4 weeks prior to your departure date. We would hate for you to miss out, so please keep in mind that weekends are very popular and book up quickly.
-
I'm not sure how many people are coming. What should I do?We understand it can be hard to wrangle your group for a yay or nay. If you don't know definite numbers, give us your best guess when you put down your deposit. Once you have your group number confirmed, we will deduct or add from the remaining sum. Please note that venues and experiences on our tours are subject to availability - so the sooner you know, the more likely we can confirm your adjustment.
-
Can I customise my tour?Of course! We are here to make your day unforgettable. We have a few recommendations in 'The optional stuff' section, but if you have other ideas please let us know and we will be happy to get the conversation started.
-
How long is the day? This depends upon your pick-up location. Usually, the day lasts anywhere from 6-8 hours, from pick-up to drop-off.
-
Is there a dress code?Smart-casual is the usual attire for Tamborine Mountain. It can get a few degrees cooler in winter and a few degrees hotter in summer - so dress accordingly. A hat is always recommended.
-
Can we bring alcohol on the bus?You are more than welcome to bring home any purchases from the venues we visit. However, we have a strict no alcohol consumption policy on the bus.
-
Do I need to advise of any dietary requirements? We are happy to say that our venues cater to most dietary requirements. Just to be on the safe side, it is best to let us know when you book so we can inform the Chef.
-
Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?Unfortunately, our vehicles are not wheelchair accessible. However, if your guest is able-bodied to step on and off the vehicle, we can find a spot to store the wheelchair whilst in transit.
-
Can we stop for a coffee on the way?Like most people, we can't function without our morning cuppa. However, our itinerary is very time sensitive. Therefore, please have your coffee well before your scheduled pick-up time so you are all set for your amazing day!
